A terrazzo-and-gold lounge built for long evenings — botanical archways, a live sushi station, and a cocktail programme that carries the room from golden-hour rooftop drinks to a candlelit late night. Food Tree delivered concept development, kitchen & bar layout, cocktail and sushi menu engineering, and pre-opening team training.
Wild Sage
An open-air garden restaurant wrapped in rattan and greenery, built around a wood-fired grill and a flower-forward cocktail menu. Food Tree handled kitchen design around the live grill station, small-plates menu engineering, bar & mixology programme, and complete staff training ahead of launch.
F-Lounge by FTV
A high-glamour bar club under the FashionTV brand — architectural gold sculpture, wraparound backlit bottle display, and a summer mango-forward menu built for a nightlife crowd. Food Tree delivered bar layout & design collaboration, seasonal menu engineering, and summer-special dessert & beverage development.
Cloud by Vintage Culture
A pan-Asian, Mexican and continental menu under one roof — dim sum, wood-fired pizza, tandoor grills, Thai stir-fry and dessert-bar drinks, all plated with the same fine-dining precision.
